So, i left wednesday morning (almost) on time at 6:04. I drove to albany see my friend Warren and then i ended to Remus and Lisa's house north new york next to vermont.
i already feel the hospitality that people offer you with extreme generosity... sharing their home, their food, and their life.... all you have to do is ask question, and they are proud to answer you to somebody who have an interest in them. i had lunch with a farmer ecolo, who specialize in organic vegetable, a mechanic who help me adjust the sidecar shock offer me a bag of food at my living and did not wanted to be paid for his time or his tools that i used....
i regroup my equipment and the photo you see with the bags on the floor is what i excluded for the arctic circle and i mailed it to Montana.
the photo shows the sidecar at the first gas station 1 mile after the georges whashington bridge of Manhattan. i already used my giant palm pilot that you see....
i am in Syracus New York...going to Madison Wisconsin to see Jessica.... it is snowing, it is slipery, bad visibility, heavy trafic on this friday evening and as jessica said, it is a timeless ride.... so why push it!
i am in a motel, the last photo you see is where i am right now.... it is 8 pm, i am going to have a good night sleep and live early tomorrow morning....

C'est decide, je part mercredi midi de madison et je roule plein Ouest...
Sioux Falls,
Rapids city (south Dakota) next to the famous motorcycle concentration in summer at Sturgis, and also known as the badlands.... with the magnificients running hills that you can see in the movie "dance with wolves"
then i connect with the Rocky Montain....
Billing Montana,
Great falls in Montana,
Glacier Park at the border of Canada,
Calgary,
Bannf,
Jasper,
Edmonton in Alberta, then,
Fort saint John,
Fort Nelson and
Whitehorse .. Then it will be
Dawson City in Yukon Territories... this is where i shipped my studded tires and this is the last mile of asphalt....and the begining of the 800km Dempter highway all gravel road up to tuktoyaktuk. the Arctic Circle is before Inuvik on that road
